The key purpose of the Revenue Operations Systems Manager is to optimise how our customer-facing teams work, with a focus on the systems, tools and processes used to support the customer journey. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the wider Operations team to ensure scalable operations, improve efficiency and drive alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
Your focus will be to manage, maintain and optimise our Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, their architecture and the processes they support – in line with our GTM tooling strategy.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience as a system admin for Salesforce.
Experience with common GTM systems, including Marketing Automation, Sales Acceleration, Data Management and iPaaS tools.
Strong understanding of system architecture, integration principles, and APIs.
Experience working with large data sets to identify and resolve data issues.
Intermediate skills in Excel (or equivalent) for data analysis and problem-solving.
Ability to write and execute detailed project plans with a focus on scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot and address roadblocks proactively.
A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and work independently when needed.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and respectful feedback.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering effective solutions.
