In fact, we used to BE the customer - a prop-tech company born out of property management - so we intimately understand their joys and sorrows (and our customers are at the heart of everything we do).

So what’s the gig?

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to be a customer-obsessed superstar within the CX team as the connection point between our customers and the broader business. You'll spend your days onboarding new customers to the Kolmeo platform including assisting with data clean up, change management and training. You’ll also support existing customers with their day to day needs, assisting with their queries, and providing them with detailed training on how to best use our platform.

You'll need to have prior Property Management experience or a strong demonstrated understanding of the PM/Real Estate domain, and some previous experience in L&D/training to effectively assist customers to use the Kolmeo platform like a prop-tech guru. This role is a Melbourne based hybrid role with a blend of WFH days and in-office attendance at our Melbourne CBD workspace.

A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager:

  • Develop and deliver quality, easy-to-follow training and coaching to new and existing customers on using the Kolmeo platform, and adeptly identify learning gaps and evolving learning outcomes
  • Provide top-notch customer support, making our customers feel truly heard and help make their days easier
  • Project management and assistance in change management for new customer implementations
  • Be the SME for internal teams on industry practice, platform usage, customer pain-points, and competitor insights
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and the CSM team to tackle day-to-day customer enquiries
  • Ongoingly research and analyse new customer needs to optimise the customer experience and minimise ongoing support requirements
  • Provide input into regular reviews and uplift of training to ensure customers are receiving the best possible outcomes
  • Assist in testing system enhancements and features

To hit this job out of the park, you must have:

  • Previous property management or real estate experience, or demonstrated deep understanding of the domain (essential)
  • Previous experience training or coaching internal teams or external customers, ideally with a general understanding of adult learning styles (essential)
  • Strong effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • A proactive, initiative-taking approach with a can-do attitude
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office software

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success role
  • Working knowledge of the Kolmeo platform or other prop-tech products
