We’re on the hunt for a passionate and talented Commercial Partnerships Manager to supercharge Halter’s growth in New Zealand’s Dairy and Beef sectors. This role is all about energy, strategy, and impact—you’ll be driving high-value partnerships, steering and delivering transformative initiatives, and helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
As the go-to expert for building strong, strategic relationships, you’ll lead negotiations, execute game-changing strategies, and be a critical force behind Halter’s success. Reporting to and collaborating closely with our Head of Corporate (NZ), the partnerships you develop will be instrumental in generating revenue and supporting success across all customer teams. The ideal person will be able to give inspiring examples of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships or initiatives that have boosted business growth. You have collaborated and driven outcomes with internal teams to ensure initiatives are delivered to market, providing meaningful results and scalability. Your expertise has led to structuring agreements that balance organisational objectives with partner interests.
With a history of managing complex B2B relationships, you have delivered short and long-term value to stakeholders. Ideally, you possess an understanding of dairy and beef industry trends and dynamics that will allow you to identify emerging opportunities. You are comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders and excel at managing communications both internally and externally.
