So we need a passionate, experienced, metrics-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to focus on creating and capturing demand using a variety of digital channels. You’ll be primarily responsible for driving demand generation in the form of qualified trials and managing an ongoing conversion rate optimisation program.

We’re looking for someone who’s a pro at managing and optimising digital channel performance, identifying and testing new lead gen opportunities and challenging the status quo. On a typical day, you might: 

  • Present your recommended strategy to the Senior Management team to achieve the next quarter’s digital demand gen targets 
  • Work with the team to develop new messaging for your next iteration of Google and Facebook ads.
  • Talk to a colleague about an A/B landing page test targeting Australian & NZ leads. 
  • Check on review site, paid search, Meta and App store performance and make any adjustments required to optimise performance further. 
  • Spend time crunching numbers in Excel to figure out the expected ROI of a new digital campaign you’re recommending we implement. 
  • Get creative with the broader team to brainstorm new campaign ideas to drive 10% more qualified trials next month. 
  • Present the results of last week’s paid advertising activities, and share recommendations to increase next week’s numbers in the weekly team meeting. 
  • Share a recommendation about priority website enhancements you recommend we implement to drive improved conversion.

You’re going to love this job if you: 

  • Have at least 8 years of digital demand generation experience in a performance marketing and/or digital marketing role. 
  • Have a deep understanding and experience in digital lead generation and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Thrive on implementing, managing and optimising the performance of a variety of digital channels, including but not limited to websites, Paid Search, Review Sites, App Stores, Facebook etc, to drive global demand generation. 
  • Have hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Play Store, Facebook etc 
  • Have a track record of innovation and marketing experimentation, with clear examples of truly unique ways you’ve successfully driven digital demand. 
  • Have first-hand experience analysing data and performance, brainstorming ideas to shift behaviour and running tests in a systematic way as part of a conversion optimisation program. 
  • Are an analytical thinker with experience in campaign reporting, A/B testing design and analysis.
  • Have a keen interest in the oversight/involvement of the creative process for digital channels and driving creative ways to communicate with our target audience. 
  • Have demonstrated experience and enjoy testing different messaging, creative, tactics, strategies and approaches and rigorously tracking the performance to measure ROI and CAC. You’ll be excited to constantly improve effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Can demonstrate your skills at building productive cross-functional relationships and collaborating to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Can demonstrate leadership experience in coaching and developing team members.
