About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with a strong commercial/operations mindset to join our team.
Brighte is implementing a significant project which will in turn create the potential for a large number of value-adding opportunities and use cases.
Our Business Analyst will quickly understand how Brighte operates and will be instrumental in partnering across multiple functions to develop an overall scope document and pipeline for how this project will add value across other functional areas.
Responsibilities
· Quickly gain a deep understanding of Brighte's business operations and processes.
· Collaborate with departments, including Product, Tech, Engineering, operations, finance, etc, to gather requirements and develop use cases.
· Conduct first line commercial/data analysis to support the viability and return of use cases to be able to stack rank priority.
· Form a comprehensive scope document and stack ranked development pipeline to present back to management.
· Workshop and be the conduit between business areas and engineering/tech/data teams to ensure business requirements and use cases can be delivered by technical teams.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
About You
We want you to succeed in this role, so that means you’ll bring some key skills and attributes to the table.
· Sound experience as a Business Analyst with prior experience running cross-functional scope and requirements gathering for multi-phased projects
· Experience in developing business requirements, process flows, and data models.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to quickly learn new processes.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in formulating, assessing and stack-ranking business cases
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
