What do SafetyCulture Engineers do?
SafetyCulture engineers will work on new and existing products that directly impact the lives of our customers around the globe. You’ll collaborate with other team members to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility.
You’ll write high quality distributed system software and drive engineering best practices. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment you’ll establish architectural principles and mentor team members.
SafetyCulture engineers are versatile, able to simplify the complex and remove obstacles so builders can build. About the Role
As a Backend Software Engineer II, you’ll join our Facilitators and Learners Experience team, which is dedicated to enhancing the onboarding process for employees across the organization.
Our team leads projects to elevate the blended learning experience, focusing on features that improve the journey and engagement of learners. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact how training is delivered across the organization.
