Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and be the go-to person for our valued customers. You’ll work directly with users through email, live chat and phone, ensuring they receive the support they need to get the most out of their EP experience. We are looking to hire 2 people for a full time, fixed term position from mid January to the end of April 2024. The hours we're looking to fill are 9am-6pm (x1), and 10am-7pm (x1). These roles may also require rotating weekend shifts, working from our EPHQ in Dunedin.
