What to expect

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement
  • Take ownership of the long-term retention of a portfolio of Onside’s customers nationwide
  • Analyse engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to identify opportunities to upsell or cement customer retention
  • Proactively find opportunities to maximise value, and meet expansion revenue goals, driving uptake of product features and solutions

About you

  • Experience in customer success and account management within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive impressions
  • Commercially minded, target orientated and data-driven
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges
  • Collaborative team player, focused on delivering the best outcome for the customer and for Onside
