The Role

As a Software Engineer at Seequent you will build and maintain revolutionary software that will help our customers change the world. You will have an impact on what we build, how we build it and have an opportunity to engage with technical experts across multiple domains.

We will back you to deliver the best for our customers and your technical teammates. You will be challenged to solve complex problems, push the boundaries of what has been done before and always look to find a better way.

Please note, this is a hybrid position to be based out of the Christchurch office.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• A passion for creating a better understanding of the Earth
• Brilliance, drive, and motivation to work in a highly technical environment
• Experience in coding practices and designs
• Experience with or an interest to work primarily in Python
• Adaptability – we develop cloud, enterprise and Windows desktop applications using open- source tools.
