We're looking for an Office Manager to join us on a fixed term contract from 18 November 2024 to 4 December 2025 to provide maternity leave cover.

The role is based in our modern office in Auckland CBD and will have 2 - 3 days of work from home flex.

What will you be doing?

As part of the People & Culture team, your role will focus on general office management and supporting the employee experience, with a sprinkle of event coordination.

This will include:

• Ordering and monitoring office supplies - stationery, coffee, snacks and beverages as well as Plexure merch
• Helping organise regular office events, including catering
• Promoting and tracking the use of our company benefits (there are lots!)
• Coordinating any office maintenance or repairs with the building manager, contractors, and cleaners
• Organising travel bookings (flights & accommodation) for remote employees travelling to Auckland
• Providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team

What are we looking for?

• Someone friendly and dependable who enjoys working with people
• Experience working in an office management, admin, PA or reception role
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Event coordination experience would be a bonus
