We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience who can leverage their skills to drive business value by improving our key success metrics. You will play a vital role in developing machine learning and conversational AI solutions to resolve complex business problems, such as enhancing customer engagement, improving operational efficiency and improving collection performance. This involves end-to-end project management, ranging from the conceptualisation and innovation of solutions to the sourcing and processing of data, and to the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.

- Tech-savvy, results-oriented individual with a passion for data science and an appreciation of the commercial nature of the business.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, particularly in driving business value and improving key success metrics with data science solutions.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in leading end-to-end data science projects from conception to machine learning deployment and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (AWS Athena).
- Experience working with cloud-based data technologies and services (preferably AWS Athena, Lambda, S3, etc.).
- Extensive experience with data sourcing, processing, and manipulation.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining complex ML problems and techniques to key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and commercially about the data.
