This is a key role, based in Sydney or Melbourne and you will be responsible for guiding our customers in getting the most out of their enterprise risk management system. 

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You are an Account Manager who genuinely loves what you do with experience in the risk and/or SaaS space. 
  • You are passionate about sales and customer experiences. In this role, you will manage several accounts across ANZ, develop strong relationships with key users and stakeholder and create and implement growth plans. 
  • Your skilled and experienced in account management or customer success
  • You come with an understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management
  • You are great with systems and have previous experience in SaaS environment
  • Problem solving is your thing. You can think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
  • Be a real people person, who has experience in sales and has a drive for achieving results
  • Highly organised and solutions focused
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Hubspot
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
