You will be joining a team working on our Perform product, helping companies create transformative, people-first performance reviews that are easy to use and manage. You'll help us create an excellent performance review experience! We want to drive change towards a fairer workplace via the thoughtful capabilities we build.

All our teams are cross-functional and have the autonomy and responsibility for bringing features from conception all the way through to owning them in production, and you’ll be involved throughout that process. As a Senior Engineer in this team, you will lead medium to large initiatives to help shape and impact the team’s deliverables.

What you will do:

Develop software for web applications in a consistent and secure manner.
Work in a cross-functional environment with product designers, product managers, data engineers and the camp’s leadership to build compelling product features.
Find improvements to make within current system architecture and technology; socialise and drive changes.
Contribute to building the team’s culture, striving to make it the best team you’ve ever worked in.
Mentor and coach other engineers, encouraging them to grow to their full potential.

You have:

Proficiency in preferably Ruby/Rails (or other backend programming languages/framework) and Typescript/React.
Experience building data intensive systems.
Strong knowledge of modern web application design and development patterns
Experience mentoring other engineers
