The Role:
Are you passionate about product and eager to make a real impact? The Head of Product is instrumental in defining and leading a product strategy to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Overseeing our Product Managers and Product Designers, you will drive the evolution of an awesome job management product.

What You’ll Do:
Innovate & Build: Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product development priorities and growth tactics.
Champion: The voice of the customer, ensuring product features and enhancements are aligned with customer needs and preferences.
Collaborate: Work closely with our epic team and key stakeholders to understand our customer needs and translate them into cutting-edge tech solutions aligned with our company goals
Who are you working with:
Your direct reports are our epic Product team of four PMs and two Designers. Your manager is our CTPO and you’ll be part of a product and engineering leadership team. You’ll collaborate with our exceptional Engineering, Sales, Customer and Marketing teams.
