The Role

The Strategic Client Partner (vCMO) will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients subscribed to ArchiPro. This role is critical in building trust, providing value, and advising clients on how to effectively allocate their marketing budgets to achieve their long-term business objectives.

Areas of Responsibility

Client Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand, business goals, and target audience.
  • Develop and implement customised marketing strategies that prioritise brand-building, engagement, visibility, and trust.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on how clients can optimise their entire marketing spend across various channels, including ArchiPro, focusing on sustainable long-term growth.

Advisory and Consultation:

  •    Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to clients, emphasising the importance of foundational metrics such as engagement and visibility over short-term performance indicators like direct leads.
  •    Conduct regular strategy sessions with clients to review their marketing performance, focusing on global marketing standards that drive real success.
  •    Educate clients on the importance of a balanced marketing strategy that includes Direct, Indirect, and Brand-focused efforts to ensure sustained market expansion and growth.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  •  Monitor and analyse the performance of client marketing efforts through Business Analytics, using data-driven insights to showcase the value of engagement, interaction, and visibility.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive reports that focus on the metrics that truly drive success, helping them understand the broader impact of their marketing strategies.
  • Use the vast data points available to ArchiPro to challenge clients on their marketing decisions, ensuring they recognise the unmatched level of transparency and insight ArchiPro offers.

Thought Leadership and Content Creation:

  • Develop and share thought leadership content to educate clients and the broader industry on the importance of a balanced marketing strategy.
  • Represent ArchiPro at industry events, conferences, and webinars, establishing the company as a leader in the building and renovation sector.

Business Development and Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional marketing services that align with their long-term goals.
  • Contribute to the growth of ArchiPro by helping to refine and enhance the marketing capabilities of the platform in a way that supports sustainable client success.

Key Outcomes:

  • Increased client retention and satisfaction due to enhanced marketing support that prioritises long-term success over short-term gains.
  • Improved client understanding of the importance of foundational marketing metrics, leading to more effective use of their marketing budgets.
  • Stronger collaboration between marketing, sales, and account management teams, leading to a more integrated and effective client support process.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on strategic planning, brand management, and long-term growth.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that prioritise engagement, visibility, and trust over immediate leads.
  • Experience working with clients in the building, architecture, or design industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with ArchiPro’s platform and its capabilities is a plus.
