About the role:
As the Administrator in our award-winning People & Culture team, you’ll primarily be responsible for Talent Development (what we call learning and development at hipages) administration and coordination. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable support across the entire People & Culture team, assisting with contract management, employment variation documents, Talent Acquisition, Office management, and more.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be an integral member of our fun, hard-working and collaborative team on work that’s challenging, engaging and incredibly rewarding.

How you will add value:
- Facilitate end to end Learning & Devleopment (50%) and P&C (50%) administration support of the employee life cycle (onboarding, variations of employment, offboarding)
- Manage all aspects of the hipages online learning platform in an accurate and timely way, including the creation of internal online content using the platform’s AI software
- Coordinate our employee induction program and onboarding program for new team members
- Support the entire team with P&C Admin and improve the process to ensure efficiencies
- Perform recruitment administrative tasks such as assisting with advertising roles, booking candidates in for interviews, conducting reference checks and other ad hoc admin duties
- Support the Office Experience team with any requirements to ensure the office is running safely at all times.
About you:
- 0 - 1 years experience as a team/office or HR Administrator. We’re happy to consider recent graduates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline (or near completion of studies)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills and a process improvement mind-set
- A “can do” flexible attitude is a must
- Previous experience within HR administration, operations or coordination and with a HRIS system, highly desired but not essential
- Exposure in using Google Docs and Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
