The Role
As a key member of the commercial team, our Client Success Executive will play an important role in sales growth across the New Zealand and Australian markets. You will work closely with the Client Success Specialist and the Australasian-based sales team, maximising their time by carrying out essential sales support, account management, and new business prospecting. You will possess a ‘can do’ attitude, a genuine desire to help others, and an aspiration to ensure the success and happiness of First Table clients.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our top performing Business Development Managers to improve the overall efficiency and performance of the full commercial team
- Assist in managing a portfolio of clients
- Own the administration relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Provide sales figures, growth data and client reports
- Prospecting new business opportunities in conjunction with the existing BDM team
- Play a key role in exploring growth opportunities for the sales team
- Develop and maintain a sales support system for the BDMs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on objection handling and resolving partner issues
- Work closely with the global Sales and Client Success team on projects, training and sales initiatives
Key Skills
- Strong administrative and process skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Hubspot and other administrative tools is preferred but not essential
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Confident in communications via different methods, e.g. phone, Linked In, email etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A natural problem solver with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Familiarity with hospitality and restaurant operations is a plus but not essential
