You're a generalist who is capable across back-end (Ruby/Rails/Postgres) and front-end (React/Typescript), or specialize in one area and are excited to learn and contribute in the other. You love staying on top of new tech and best practices in the industry, and you enjoy both sharing what you know and learning from others.
You thrive in a player-coach role, balancing hands-on tasks with mentoring your team. You work hard to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and excel in cross-functional teams, delivering features that customers love. You’re driven by solving user problems and building intuitive, technically solid products. You move quickly and deliver iteratively.

Salary
We use a fixed salary formula to ensure fair compensation, with opportunities for salary increases based on performance.
