You’ll be part of an exceptional team that cares deeply about their work and the people they’re doing it with. As the Marketing Design Lead at Halter, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling marketing materials that resonate globally with our target audience of farmers. This individual contributor role focuses on rapid execution and impactful visual storytelling, collaborating closely with our Marketing team to produce diverse materials from static images to dynamic visuals and videos. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimise performance, support fast-paced digital campaigns, and design for large-scale event roll-outs like national Fieldays and regional field days.
You’ll have a real impact on shaping the market perception of Halter, and ultimately the adoption of a revolutionary solution that is changing farmers' lives. Owning and executing impactful creative across multiple mediums gets you fizzed, and you’ll have deep care and curiosity for a beautiful design that drives tangible commercial results.
Reporting to the Marketing team, with very close ties to our Product Design team, there will be no shortage of opportunities to collaborate with and grow from spectacular people, who are as passionate about doing great work as you.
Salary
$115,000 - $130,000 a year
