About the Role

The Studio Traffic Manager is a pivotal role in our organisation, responsible for overseeing and managing the production of all client ads, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The position requires a high level of organisation, time management, and the ability to work under pressures in a fast-paced environment. 

You will manage timelines and resources effectively, thus ensuring projects are finished on time and within budget. Reducing errors and miscommunications and acting as central contact points for all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Strong client service skills and high attention to detail are also a must.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage & oversee all client advertising bookings and inventory, including but not limited to design and production projects from initial concept to final completion, consistently meeting deadlines and requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project status updates, revisions, and feedback.
  • Lead all functions of the studio and meet operational goals and metrics while overseeing the advertising team.
  • Ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver against business and operational objectives.
  • Regularly checking with your team on project status, assigning appropriate tasks for individuals, and supporting them when needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among team members.
  • Ongoing management of freelance and contractor resources.
  • Keep up with changing technologies and tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular reviews of work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Be the go to person for our project management tools (Airtable) to keep track of progress, appoint tasks and collaborate with teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable agency or in house studio experience with a strong, cross-functional production background in content production across multiple platforms.
  • Can work with media plans and agencies and manage the launch of even the biggest of campaigns.
  • Has excellent client-facing and third-party/supplier management skills.
  • Can juggle multiple projects at any one time and has strong organisational skills.
  • Is passionate about emerging production and advertising technologies and constantly seeking out new technologies and ways of working in order to share insights and learnings within the wider team and with the client where relevant.
  • Has strong project/traffic/workflow management and digital production knowledge.
