You’ll be the driving force behind executive efficiency and team harmony. As the right-hand person to our Cofounder and Co-CEO, Connor Archbold, you'll ensure he is fully supported and his workflows are streamlined. You will take the lead in establishing ways of communication and working — plus you’ll keep an eye on our company goals, ensuring we’re on track to achieve our mission and vision. 
 
Beyond administrative and organisational support, this role is truly about working with Connor to support our people to thrive and grow alongside Tracksuit.

Ideal experience
    • At least 2+ years as an EA of PA; preferably in a dynamic/change environment like a startup or global company. 
    • Demonstrated ability to monitor progress on Corporate Development OKR’s, and track tasks, action items and deadlines. 
    • Event Coordination: proven track record in maintaining event lists, scheduling visits and meetings in advance as well as building relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers. 
    • Proven commercial experience in express processing, as well as travel arrangements and calendar management. 
That's the role, so who are you?
    • You’ll be a great communicator, be highly organised in nature (and know how to pass this skill on to others), and be driven to follow through with actions and meet deadlines. 
    • You’ll be skilled at, and enjoy project management; be adaptable/flexible where need be, but also comfortable pushing back and maintaining standards throughout process creation and changes. 
    • You will be comfortable working with a range of communication platforms. Travel booking systems, scheduling tools, workflow automation software and maybe have dabbled in Canva a time or two. 
You will be responsible for
    • Efficiencies: keep schedules in check, find ways to delegate tasks effectively, set up meetings, manage travel plans, handle expenses and take care of administrative duties. 
    • Responsiveness: stay on top of emails and social media, craft templates to streamline communication processes and ensure messages are handled promptly.
    • Proactivity: Plan ahead for events and meetings, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contacts, and make sure our VIP partners feel the Tracksuit love. 
    • Preparedness: Prep meetings, set agendas and follow-up on action items to keep things moving forward and ensure everyone is reading from the same book (if not the same page). 
    • Focus: Keep an eye on our Corporate Development goals, and track tasks and deadlines to help us stay on course. 
    • Teamwork: Make time for one-on-ones with team members & ensure everyone has the time and opportunity they need to collaborate and connect.
