This is an  amazing opportunity to bring your BI/Data analyst skills within the Supply Chain arena to a high tech, Kiwi business that is growing globally.

Take on a pivotal role within our Global Supply Chain and Operations team, where you will have responsibility for collecting, analysing, and translating data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decision-making and enhance our overall performance. You'll have a blank canvas to create visualizations and reports from scratch to deliver well-informed data-driven recommendations.

  • Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency, resolving any data quality issues.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data. Use statistical and analytical techniques to extract meaningful information.
  • Create compelling data visualizations, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other departments.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and insights that can drive strategic decisions.
  • Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, or others to build and maintain data dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain data models that help in forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with business units and departments to understand their data needs and help them make data-informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in data analysis, and recommend improvements in data management and analysis processes.

About you:

  • It is essential you have a Business Intelligence / Data analyst experience in Logistics'/Supply Chain 
  • Highly proficient in SQL and PowerBi for data visualization
  • Experience in data manipulation to extract relevant information from large data sets and transform into meaningful visualizations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
