The Role

ArchiPro's Events Team plays a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering community engagement through meticulously organized events. As the cornerstone of our public and client interaction, our main annual event series, Home Design Evening, brings together clients and platform users in key cities—Christchurch, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and soon, California. These events are crucial for strengthening relationships and enriching the ArchiPro community experience.

Reporting to the GM of Marketing, the Events Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our events from concept to completion, ensuring each one embodies the sophistication and excellence ArchiPro is known for. This role demands a blend of creativity and meticulous planning to produce experiences that are not only memorable but also surpass expectations and significantly enhance the ArchiPro brand.

Areas of Responsibility for the Events Manager ANZ
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans that align with company objectives, enhance brand image, and ensure a seamless experience for all attendees. Manage logistics, venue selection, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners. Act as the primary liaison between ArchiPro and external entities, ensuring alignment and fulfillment of mutual goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for each event, ensuring all activities are within financial parameters while maximizing the value and impact of the event.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively promote each event to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of each event, gather insights through attendee feedback, and make informed recommendations for future improvements.
  • Sophisticated Service Delivery: Deliver events that not only meet but exceed participant expectations, making every detail count to create an unforgettable experience.
  • Detail-Oriented Planning: Utilize your keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of each event are perfectly aligned with ArchiPro's high standards of quality and sophistication.
  • Global Vision and Expansion: Contribute to the global growth of ArchiPro by scaling events internationally.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years corporate event experience
  • A minimum of 5 years project management skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing, brand and communications
  • Highly personable and confident
  • Highly relational and relationship driven
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong people management skills
