Futureverse are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer who has a lean towards front-end. This is a one year Contract with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to meet agreed technical, quality and design specifications to a high-quality level.
• Contribute to business requirements and technical specification documents.
• Make contributions to product architecture.
• Effectively review other Developers’ code.
• Thoroughly test software and log defects including - Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Performance Testing.

• You'll have experience in building desktop applications using Electron.
• Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Typescript & React.
• Proficiency with NodeJS.
• An understanding of functional programming concepts and their practical application.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgresQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
• Familiarity with AWS technology such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Experience with DevOps practice, CI/CD, trunk based development, feature flagging and automated testing for low risk continuous deployment.
• An understanding of infrastructure as code principles and confidence with HashiCorp Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Excellent communication skills and highly effective and collaborative when working with a team
