Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong willingness to engage with potential customers via cold calls (But don’t worry - full training will be provided!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
