The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR for short), your main goal is to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying and creating new business opportunities. Through phone calls, emails, and social selling strategies, you'll connect with potential clients to demonstrate the value and transformative potential of our solutions. You'll also qualify marketing-generated leads, turning them into opportunities for our Account Executives to pursue.

Reporting into the VP of Sales & Customer Success and working closely with our wider sales team across NZ and the United States , you will create a seamless sales experience for our future customers. 

Gain international experience, servicing the US market and working closely with our Denver based Sales Team, thus your hours will be aligned with the US timezone. You will be expected to work Tuesday through to Saturday, 6am - 3pm. During your onboarding, you will be required to be in the office full time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a high volume of outbound cold calls, along with social and email reach-outs to prospective new customers
  • Educating potential new customers on the benefits of our software and scheduling quality demos for our Account Executives to lead
  • Building, researching and qualify your own pipeline of new business 
  • Planning your days to maximise call activity, plan follow up calls and improve the quality of data 
  • Meeting monthly activity targets and meeting goals
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met during all processes
  • Recording all activity in our CRM Hubspot
