EstimateOne is a tender management platform connecting commercial builders and subcontractors. Last year alone, over 94,000 organisations used our platform to tender over 14,000 projects worth a total of $137 billion.

We’re the market leaders in Australia & NZ, and now we are growing our team into the UK, so that we can extend our product offering and enter new international markets.

Diversity & Inclusion at EstimateOne

We're excited to have recently launched our new Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (DEIB) strategy at EstimateOne. We've had lots of input from the team and have several great initiatives for us to work across in 2024.

We're working towards collating more data in 2024 that we can compare to 2023, which we intend to share transparently along with the initiatives we've been working on! Part of DEIB is sharing our progress and commitment to closing the Gender Pay Gap, after reporting to the WGEA for the first time in 2023. Below is a statement with the results of our data and where we're headed, from here.
